We want to know what you love and what you hate, what surprised you and what bored you. We want to know what worked and didn’t work for your family.
How it works
Sign up, share basic information about your family, and sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Receive email notification if you’ve been selected to test a new product.
Follow instructions in the email to confirm your availability over a 2-week timeframe to receive and use the product.
Product is shipped to you, including a prepaid return label.
Use the product during the 2-week timeframe. It’s okay if it gets dirty or damaged!
Ship the product back in the original packaging.
Fill out the product feedback form within 1 week.
Receive promotion code upon completion of the feedback form.

A prototype is a draft of a product: something real enough to be functional, but not the final product.
We create prototypes to test our ideas in real life. This allows us to evaluate if the design achieved what we intended, or actually solves the problem we want to solve.
Once we know we’ve built the right product, we’re ready to manufacture.

No, the product shipped to you is on loan. In exchange for your participation and feedback, we offer a discount on your next Aviarie purchase.

That’s okay! We will want to know how it got dirty or damaged so that we can use that feedback to build a more durable product for you.

No. We create a small number of prototypes and select users based on their availability, if they have participated before, and if they are the right fit for the specific product.

Product prototypes are valuable intellectual property of Aviarie and are confidential.

We ask questions like the number of kids you have, your lifestyle, or your hobbies to ensure we get feedback from a variety of different types of families.

We may ask for your permission to share your photos or testimonials in marketing material. We won’t share anything publicly without permission.
